By using MITC’s services, you accept that MITC can collect and use your data according to the following policy.

Personal data

MITC ensures to only collect strictly necessary data with regard to the purposes for which they are processed. MITC can in particular use an employee’s personal data to contact them in order to obtain further information related to payment, or to answer their questions.

MITC only processes employees’ personal data for payment, in accordance with Swiss law, as well as for its regulatory obligations, including social security and with local cantons (income tax at source). Personal data is provided directly by the employee or the employer.

Compulsory data fields are indicated on the personal data collection form. The failure to communicate compulsory data will prevent MITC from handling your request.

Within the framework of the wage portage contract, MITC will store the employee’s personal data for the legally required duration, for the duration of the contractual relation, and for the duration of time allowing MITC to perform its regulatory obligations.

Authentication data

MITC collects the employee’s authentification details and data related to their actions on the user platform.

Cookies are small data files that are sent to your device’s browser which record information about the navigation on your device (authentication data, pages viewed, date viewed, etc.) stored on your device’s hard drive.
